All content and data provided in the Brand Service Center are the property of SONAX GmbH.
The use of the content and data in the Brand Service Center is limited to the promotion and trade of the respective articles exclusively through one's own sales channels within the business relationship with SONAX.
The provided content and data must not be altered.
It is expressly pointed out that the content and data of the Brand Service Center are intended for personal use only and must not be passed on to competitors or business partners. Furthermore, sharing for use on internet platforms is not permitted unless the platform is one's own website.
All provided content and data may be subject to further usage restrictions. SONAX grants only a simple, non-transferable right of use to all provided content and data. This right of use can be revoked or restricted at any time, for example, in terms of time, location, and media limitation of use. The terms of use themselves may also be changed at any time. Changes become effective after individual notification or notification via the Brand Service Center.
If the grant of rights has not been revoked earlier, it ends in any case with the termination of the business relationship. Upon termination of the grant of rights, the user is obliged to delete all content and data obtained through the Brand Service Center. The Brand Service Center itself is protected by copyright as a database. It may not be copied in whole or in part, technically manipulated, or otherwise interfered with in an unauthorized manner.
Deviations from the aforementioned terms of use or infringements of the aforementioned protective rights may give rise to claims for damages and have contentious legal relevance.
These terms of use are subject to the respective national law and the jurisdiction of German courts.
If these terms of use have not already been accepted, consent is given at the latest by downloading or copying content and data from the Brand Service Center. If there is any uncertainty about the extent of the rights granted, contact with SONAX must be made before use begins. Any deviation from the foregoing terms of use becomes effective only after prior written consent from SONAX.
